Milk - 480 ml
Vanillin
Egg of chicken - 4 pieces
Sugar powder - 130 g
Water - 1 tbsp. l.
Butter - 125 g
Flour - 115 g
Salt (pinch)
Citric acid (at the tip of the knife)



Form 20 * 20 grease with oil. Switch on the oven 180 degrees.
In a separate bowl, melt the butter (I did in a micro), it should be melted, but not hot.
Separate yolks from proteins.
In a bowl of proteins, add citric acid and salt, put the whisk to dense peaks (well, who has a harvester or mixer on the stand, my husband, as he calls himself "Bosch 900", many removable attachments)
In a bowl of yolks, add sugar powder, water, beat to a creamy state.
In a bowl to yolks whisk slowly to introduce oil, carefully beat up (at this time put the milk on the stove and heat up to 70 degrees, I decided that it should be so).
Introduce sifted flour, vanillin.
In the bowl, whisk in the milk, beat thoroughly.
